Super Advice Ai complies with s923A of the Corporations Act 2001 and is independent, impartial and unbiased because we: a. do not receive commissions for the general advice we provide on any financial product that might give rise to a commission, without donating it in full to charity; and b. is not owned either partially or wholly by any financial institution or product issuer. How Super Advice Ai is paid

Super Advice Ai receives subscription fees from Super Advice Ai membership subscribers and a referral fee equal to 50% of the advice fees members pay to moneyGPS. Where other referral fees must be received because of the moneyGPS and referee’s process it is fully disclosed to you by them and we donate all of it to charity.

How to make a complaint if you need to

If you have any complaint about the service provided to you, you should take the following steps: 1. Contact Super Advice Ai’s Complaints Officer at contact@superadviceai.com.au and detail your complaint to them. 2. If Super Advice Ai’s Complaints Officer is not able to resolve your complaint satisfactorily within 5 business days, please put your complaint in writing and send it to Independent Financial Advisers Australia Pty Ltd at PO Box 2088, Woden ACT 2606 or by email to admin@ifaaust.com.au. IFA-AUST will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. 3. If you still do not get a satisfactory outcome by 30 days from the day you lodge your complaint, you have the right to forward your complaint to an external dispute resolution scheme. Code of Ethics Super Advice Ai is not a qualified Financial Adviser; however Super Advice Ai supports the Code of Ethics published by The Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority (FASEA). This code comprises the values and standards that shape and reinforce the profession of Financial Planning. The Code and the Standards within it guide our conduct and enhance our engagement with our clients as well as wider society. For more information on the Code see here. We are committed to implementing and promoting a privacy policy that will ensure the privacy and security of your personal information. A copy of that privacy policy is available on request and on our website here or can be provided to you by email on request. If you wish to examine your file, you should ask us, and we will make arrangements for you to do so. Compensation and insurance Super Advice Ai is covered by the professional indemnity insurance policy of their licensee, Finchley and Kent Pty Ltd.
